Xfinity Stream not showing channels on fire tv

Have a Samsung television with a fire stick. The Xfinity stream app is no longer showing more than 4 channels.
Tried checking internet…good

Tried logging out and back in… nothing

Tried uninstalling and reinstalling… nothing

Tried restarting fire tv… nothing

Greetings @user_2h1pv8, I use the stream app as well to enjoy my favorite channels. I can only imagine how frustrating this could be with all the channels that are available to you when you are connected to your in home network. It sounds like you may only be seeing the on the go channels which means that the xfinity stream app may think that you are outside of your home network. Have you attempted to forget your network on the fire stick?

what good is having xfinity stream if you cant use it everywhere??? you have to be on your home network??? So i cant watch everything I pay for when I am at our cabin or even at my parents house because they dont have Xfininty internet???  [Edited: "Language"]???

Hello, @nm469 thank you for reaching out over Xfinity Forums. I completely understand where you're coming from with wanting to view streaming content outside the home on the Xfinity Stream App. 

I found a helpful article that has a list of networks that can be streamed outside the home 

I also found this article that has more information about trying to use the Xfinity Stream portal
