Xfinity Stream not working on Apple TV with tvOS 18

The app opens but doesn’t do anything when I click on sign in.  Anyone else with tvOS 18 having this issue?

I have restarted Apple TV, deleted and re-downloaded the app,  but still no joy.

I am having the same issue on Apple TV. Stream app works fine on my iPad but not on iPhone. Keeps telling me it has to be connected to my in home WiFi, which it is.

It is just the Apple TV app.  I am however, also experiencing service interruptions when using the DVR or pausing live tv.  When I playback it keeps cutting out like it’s buffering.  There is still sound, but the picture freezes.  Sometimes for up to ten seconds.  That is why I started using the stream app on Apple TV as it was working flawlessly until the latest iOS update (18).

I am not showing any known issues regarding the Xfinity Stream App. What model Apple TV are you using and have you taken additional troubleshooting steps such as restarting the streaming device, uninstall/reinstall the app and more?

I am using the A1625 Model which should be compatible. It only shows purchases. No longer allows me to watch live TV
