Xfinity Stream not working (TVAPP-00102)

Just downloaded Xfinity Stream and it’s not working.

I put the code in and it says “something went wrong. Please try again later.” With an Error: TVAPP-00102. What does this mean ?

You should be able to connect to the Xfinity Stream app while away from your home network, but there will still be content that is only viewable while you are on your home network. Generally speaking, the only channels that cannot be viewed while out-of-home are your network broadcast channels, like ABC, NBC, CBS, FOX, etc., but it can be different for every city. You can find more details about this, along with a list of available out-of-home networks on our support site here: https://www.xfinity.com/support/articles/tv-go-live-streaming-networks.
