Xfinity Stream not working via my Mac laptop.

Unable to access Xfinity Stream.   Three dots just keeps running.

Same here.  Mine hasn't worked for at least a couple weeks.  Super frustrating.

Thanks. Phew...thought it was only me.   According to Xfinity Live Agent (5th one I've communicated with), Xfinity is aware and is working on the issue.   But good to know i'm not alone.

FYI, i've asked and received credit back for each day i was unable to use the Xfinity Stream (av. $30 a day).

@XfinityEricB​  works on mobile and television. but not macbook pro via the https://www.xfinity.com/stream.     as per other colleagues in LA, NYC and CT, both PCs and Macs are not able to reach Xfinity Stream online.

Any Xfinity staff please respond.  This issue seems widespread.  Between Mac and PC, i have colleagues in NYC, LA and CT that are all having the same issue with Xfinity Stream not working.    @Xfinity Support

To send a "Direct Message" message:
• Click "Sign In" if necessary
