Xfinity Stream not working!

It’s been almost a week now that Xfinity Stream is no longer working on any of my devices (fire stick, iPhone, lg tv). It appears to be recording my programs but nothing will play. I get the “well that didn’t go as planned” message. I have tried restarting the app and nothing. This is kind of crazy it would be out so long. Please help

Hey there user_h0doat 👋 I'm glad to hear you've been taking advantage of Xfinity Stream for your TV watching, and appreciate you stopping by our community for support! I use it all the time myself, so i want to make sure you can start enjoying it again asap. I know you mentioned resetting the app did not change anything for you, but have you tried deleting the app completely and logging back in after? If not I would give it a try for sure 👍
