Xfinity stream on Roku - no smart resume or thumbs on recordings

I have Xfinity stream on my Roku TV. I can access my recordings. But smart resume isn't showing. It's also not an an available choice in my settings either. Also, I don't even get any thumbnails to view while using the fast forward function on my recordings. It's really an awful experience to not have either a option available. What is going on with this app for Roku?

Hello, @user_g31k81 have you checked the Xfinity Stream settings to confirm Smart Resume has not been turned off? 

 

To turn Smart Resume on or off in the Xfinity Stream portal or app, go to Settings > Playback Preferences, then toggle Smart Resume off or on.

Hello, I confirmed my xfinity stream settings have "Smart Resume" as on when logged into the Stream service from my PC.  However, this option is not visible under Settings when using the Roku Xfinity Stream app.  No option to turn "Smart Resume" on or off appears on Playback preferences in the Roku Xfinity app.  Is there a way to turn this on for the Roku App?

Hello @user_2e91c4. Please use this link to assist in turning on Smart Resume To turn Smart Resume on or off in the Xfinity Stream portal or app, go to Settings > Playback Preferences, then toggle Smart Resume off or on. Note: some devices and programs are not eligible for Smart Resume.

What devices have smart resume? So far firestick and Roku do not have this feature
