Xfinity Stream Support

Channels disappeared from listing and Favorites are also gone using LG tv and Amazon fire stick on Xfinity Internet. No cable box. Worked fine yesterday morning and yesterday after noon had disappeared. Recorded show work fine

user_dx0bqf While using the Xfinity Stream App please log out, uninstall the Xfinity Stream App, and then reinstall the app. You will be prompted to log back in. If the app is still not working for you after doing that, please let us know.
