Xfinity stream video resolution LOW QUALITY

Why is the quality of the Xfinity app so much worse than other streaming platforms??? The NFL is noticeably worse than other platforms. pracock app looks amazing and Xfinity app is pixelated and fuzzy for same game!!! 

Tisha’s been reported for YEARS….fix it already or lose customers.
