Xfinity Stream website Issue Still not fixed

It has been over a year or so and it is still not fixed. I have tried to address this several times and one specific moment it was escalated to some higher tech who unfortunately did not fix this issue. I was told it wasn't just me and that it was a national(even though I had the issue prior to that time period) nonetheless I waited. It just says Loading.... but never fully loads. Now I have a new device (laptop) that only allows xfinity stream website (not the xfinity stream app). Please fix. Thank you.

We are happy to work together to get this working properly first we are just going to need you to send us a DM with your name and address. Here's the detailed steps to direct message us: 
• Click "Sign In" if necessary 
• Click the "Direct Message" icon (upper right corner of this page) 
• Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon 
• Type "Xfinity Support" in the to line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list 
• Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window 
• Press Enter to send your message
