@EllisonLalfamily Hello! Thank you for reaching out to us here on our Community Forums. We are sorry to hear that you are having issues accessing your recordings via the Xfinity Stream site. Have you tried clearing your browser's cookies and cache and then trying again? You may also want to try the Xfinity Stream App if you have not already.
