Xfinity stream with Nowtv and Roku

Hello, I just upgraded to NowTV. The rep I chatted with said it would work through xfinity stream on roku, but that doesn't seem to be true. Any assistance is greatly appreciated.

You can watch NOW TV content through the Xfinity Stream app on the following devices at this time: Xumo Stream Box, Xfinity Flex streaming TV Box, Apple, or Android mobile device, FireTV, Chromecast, and Apple AirPlay. You can also watch through the Xfinity Stream website on your browser at xfinity.com/stream.

I dearly apologize, at this time, NOW TV is not available on Apple TV, LG TV, Roku, Samsung Smart TV, or Xumo TV.

Can I cancel it then. All our TVs are roku.

Completely understandable @Poni, we can certainly assist you with canceling NOW TV. Could you please send our team a direct message? To send a "Direct Message" to Xfinity Support:

Click "Sign In" if necessary
Click the "Direct Messaging" icon or https://forums.xfinity.com/direct-messaging
Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there
- As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list
- An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line
Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
Press Enter to send it.
