Xfinity Stream

Xfinity Stream on my Firestick will not let me watch H&I (Heroes and Icons) channel. Can you tell me how to fix this? Other channels that I've checked does allow me to watch.

Hi @user_rkv8v8,

Thank you for visiting our official Xfinity Community Forums support page. If you are unable to view the channel, the channel may no longer be available or not within your channel line up.

Are you receiving an error code or message when trying to visit the H&I (Heroes and Icons) channel on the Xfinity Stream app on your Amazon Fire TV device? Are you able to test if you receive the channel using the Xfinity Stream app on another mobile device or set-top box (if available)?

I don't get any error code(s). I can click on it from the guide but "watch" button does not highlight. It does display that H&I (Heroes and Icons) channel is an "in-network" program on Xfinity Stream. I found out that this channel only works when connected to Xfinity cable. I was trying to use it on Xfinity Stream when I disconnected my cable. Do you still get Xfinity Stream if you cancel cable and only keep Internet? I was testing this in one room so since all other rooms are still connected to cable, I began to wonder if that was the reason why I could still get Xfinity Stream.

@user_rkv8v8 Thank you for clarifying that. When you disconnect your TV service and only have Xfinity internet, you can still access the Stream app, but you can only view content that provided for free.

Check out our NOW TV starting at $20.00 per month, which offers 40+ channels to stream when you have our internet service.
