xfinity stream
Xfinity was here last week to reset my router. The home network was renamed. Since then, any xfinity stream apps on phones or Ipads IN THE HOUSE are showing out of home. The following link ( https://www.xfinity.com/support/articles/xfinity-tv-app-unable-to-connect) seems to address it and step #5 says to try
Log out of the app and log back in: (DONE ON MULTIPLE DEVICES, NO HELP)

- Navigate to the Settings gadget on the Xfinity Stream app (DONE)
- Select Change Household Account. (THIS IS NOT AN OPTION IN THE APP).
Of course there is no customer service...

With the Xfinity Stream App, do you have multiple modems or have a singular device providing the Internet to the home? Would you also be able to check and verify that there are no active VPNs on your devices as that will make the device show "Out of Home" and restrict content to TV GO Channels only. Are you also using an Xfinity ID that is tied to your active Xfinity account or using an old one from a previous account you may have had in the past?
