user_6gv98s There currently is a known issue impacting several customers, but some steps we have provided are being confirmed this being resolved also. Could you try these steps below, and let us know if this works?
Press the A button on your remote control to access the Help menu.
Press the OK button to select the Restart tile.
Press the OK button again to select Restart.
It may take a few moments for the TV Box to restart.
Keep in mind that it could take up to 15-minutes for the error message to go away.
