Xfinity stream

Hi, I have downloaded Xfinity stream to a fire TV that is connected to my in home WiFi but when I try to watch local tv message comes up saying “connect to in home WiFi.”

I’ve tried unplugging everything and starting over but that does not work

Hello @user_j3ecoc, thank you for the comment. Are you encountering the issue on your laptop only, or do you have the same issue on other devices? Have you tried a different browser?

Sorry for the inconvenience @user_retad5 have you performed any troubleshooting such as power cycling your modem or using the troubleshooting options within the Xfinity App? Have you checked the Fire TV device to confirm it is on your in home network? What is the signal strength?
