@AliKh You'll need a cable TV package or a TV streaming package to get local channels and to get Discovery and Hallmark. The most economical way would be to look at something like Sling TV, YouTube TV, or Hulu + Live TV. And compare the packages (Sling) to confirm channel lineups. You would need to use their respective app and not the Stream app.
