Xfinity streaming not working on Apple iPad

Streaming is not working on my Apple iPad. Deleted & re-added Xfinity stream app & other Xfinity app. Streaming screen stuck on “No Downloads Found…” The selection keys, Home, Live TV, My Library, & Browse dim and cannot be used.

The iOS on the iPad is 17.7.8 & is up to date

What is the fix?

Can you update your device?

I'm running 18.5 on iPad and it's working fine here.

I updated the Apple iPad, generation 6, to the latest iOS 17.7.8. This is the highest iOS for this iPad. 
Streaming was working fine a few days ago.

Mike,  

I was searching for a solution to the streaming issue. I went to settings & clicked on App Store. Under Cellular Data, clicked on App Downloads. Then checked on Always Allow. Now the streaming is working!
