by going on the now portal then to manage plans and then to now tv streamsaver then details turn on auto pay the select payment method then select the agreement for autopay then submit for the payment and then it's says something unexpected happened please try again

yes I didn't even realize that the now tv autopay was off until I seen the payment didn't post and I have chatted with several different agents and done all the troubleshooting steps several times and nothing has worked to get the autopay back on the Internet autopay is on I haven't had any issues with it
