Xfinity useless AI
I moved to a new house and switched my wifi to my new house. Woke up three days later my wifi is off and the robot keeps telling me I have to pay my over due balance to get my wifi working. After waiting 4 hours a human Finally got in the phone to tell me that my service isn't suspended but they don't have an account for my new home. The person that switched my wifi over didn't know what they were doing. Now I have to wait 3 more hours for another agent to help me solve this issue

The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there.
- As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list.
- An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line.
