Xumo box and Xfinity Stream Error: TVAPP-00209
Using the Xumo box, Xfinity Stream app, Live TV:
Every channel I attempt to view, I get the error
"This Video Cannot be played.
Error: TVAPP-00209"
However, if I use my Roku, Xfinity Stream app, I can view EVERY SINGLE channel successfully.
Other apps such as Netflix and Peacock work fine.
I have tried Restarting the Xumo, several times.
I've also tried a Factory Reset. Both of these troubleshooting steps did not fix the problem.
I'm a new subscriber to Xfinity NOW StreamSaver. It's frustrating that the Xumo box provided by Xfinity does not work with the Xfinity Stream app.

I got my box Saturday, had same issue, rebooting to no avail. What I did, signed out of Xfinity stream on ALL other devices (iPad etc.) disconnected power from Xumo, restarted my (modem) gateway, reconnected Xumo to power (it took a bit for it to reconnect) once it booted up Xfinity stream is now working on the Xumo box.
