Another way to troubleshoot is to unplug the power cord from the Xumo box for 30 seconds, and also unplug the power cord from the cable modem for 30 seconds. Plug the modem in first, once online, plug in the Xumo box. Hopefully that fixes the problem.
Hello @renpah . Sorry to hear the Xumo box is not coming on. Have you followed all the steps to activate the Xumo box through the app? Are you receiving any error messages during the setup?
