Xumo Setup PIN

I’m attempting to setup my Xumo stream box; however, I’m unable to link my Xfinity account during the setup on the Xumo box because I don’t have a PIN. I have attempted several times to input the last 4 digits of my phone number, 4444, and 0000 to no avail. I’m unable to watch TV using the Xumo stream box because I don’t have a valid PIN.

Hey there, Darknesses! We appreciate you bringing your Xumo setup PIN issue to our attention. This is not the streaming experience we ever want you to go through. Not to worry! You have reached the right team to assist you. Are you able to select the "verify another way" option on the screen?

Unfortunately, that option is not available. I am prompted to contact customer service to assist with the matter. I reached out via phone; however, the agent was unable to assist me with resolving this issue. Additionally, I visited the local Xfinity store and the only assistance the employee offered me was telling me to contact customer service as this location is “solely retail”. I have had the Xumo box for, approximately, six weeks and been unable to use it.
