When we try to select peacock premium, it says there's a problem with the app. I'm able to sign in on my phone, but it appears we have no Peacock Premium even though it is supposed to come with our plan. When we try to select any of the free movies (or anything else) on the Xumo TV, the screen just goes black and nothing happens. I've activated my account, but it appears I don't have access to anything. This was supposed to be a free extra, and it's become an extra free headache [Edited: Language] to deal with. I don't understand how you're still having issues with this after 2 years. That is not acceptable.
