Youtube won't open

I can use the X1 voice remote to open Prime Video, Netflix and others, but when I ask for Youtube it says, "You are entering a third party. . ." and nothing changes

user_8l7zn0 Thank you for taking the time to reach out to us here on our Xfinity Forums. I understand the frustration if YouTube won't open on your X1 box. Have you attempted to go through any troubleshooting steps, such as rebooting your modem, rebooting the cable box or using our amazing Xfinity app to troubleshoot? I love using our Xfinity app to troubleshoot, 9 times out of 10 it does help to resolve the service issues.
