Youtube won't open

I can use the X1 voice remote to open Prime Video, Netflix and others, but when I ask for Youtube it says, "You are entering a third party. . ." and nothing changes

Have you attempted to go through any troubleshooting steps, such as rebooting your modem, rebooting the cable box or using our amazing Xfinity app to troubleshoot? I love using our Xfinity app to troubleshoot, 9 times out of 10 it does help to resolve the service issues.
