Thank you for reaching out. l hope you are doing well today. I see your speeds have not been performing well, and you've had these issues for the past week. We always strive to provide the best service possible, and we can help troubleshoot this further. I see the test in the screenshot was comleted from a Pixel device. Have you been able to test speeds while using a hardwired connection? If you have an xFi Gateway, have you been able to complete a speed to gateway test?
