1mbps upload - can't reach support

Been like this for an entire week. Affects all devices including ones connected via Ethernet. I pay for 1200/35. Help!

We always strive to provide the best service possible, and we can help troubleshoot this further. I see the test in the screenshot was comleted from a Pixel device. Have you been able to test speeds while using a hardwired connection? If you have an xFi Gateway, have you been able to complete a speed to gateway test?
