2 Gig / 250 Mbps service showing 1200 Mbps provisioning

My Xfinity Internet service is supposed to be 2000 Mbps download / 250 Mbps upload, but Xfinity’s own Speed to Gateway diagnostic is showing:

Plan Download Speed: 1200 Mbps
Actual Download Speed: 1431 Mbps
Plan Speed Percent: 119%

My direct wired 2.5 GbE speed tests are consistently around 1.3–1.4 Gbps down and 39–41 Mbps up. The same equipment and wired setup previously delivered over 2 Gbps down and 300+ Mbps upload.

DOCSIS health, modem status, network performance, and other diagnostics are all passing, and multiple remote reprovisioning attempts have not changed the results.

This appears to be a service-profile / provisioning / bootfile mismatch, since the gateway itself is identifying the plan speed as 1200 Mbps rather than 2000 Mbps.

I already have an active escalation with Xfinity and can provide the ticket number and modem details privately to an official Xfinity representative. I’m looking for help getting the actual modem provisioning/profile verified and corrected to 2000/250 remotely first, before pursuing hardware replacement or an onsite visit.
