2.4 WIFI network down on ARRIS TG4482A

I have tried all the troubleshooting steps with XFINITY assistant and chat.  Reset my devices, all levels of the gateway...the 2.4 band is not functional and all the devices that connect to it are offline.  5 G band seems to be working ok at the moment.
Event logs pulled from the router/modem this morning pasted below

user_c7autn Thanks for reaching out about the concern with the 2.4 GHz band of your device not working. I would be happy to troubleshoot to see if I can get it fixed for you, and if not then get you a replacement device.

Can you send us a direct message with your full name, name of account holder (if different), and service address please?

To send a "Direct Message" to Xfinity Support:

Click "Sign In" if necessary

Click the "Direct Messaging" icon (speech bubble)

Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon

The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there

- As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list

- An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line

Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window

Press Enter to send it
