3 days no wifi
My Wi-Fi went down Sunday at 2:45 it is currently Tuesday 12 pm and still no connection. I spent an hour trying to troubleshoot the problem after already spending 1 and a half just trying to talk to a live agent. This outage has cost me a job it took me 6 months to attain and the day I start training the wifi goes out for 3 days all with no answer to the cause. I've used all my mobile data and even went about my limit and had to purchase more which in the end has taken my bill money. In all the years of service I've never experienced an outage like this not even during a hurricane have I been without wifi for so long. The live agent told me the issue was fixed Monday around 1 pm but that was inaccurate. I am extremely disappointed.
