48 hour outage

this is insane by Tommorow it will be with 3rd day without pay if this don’t get resolve fast since I work from home. Zip 60609 why is it taking so long to fix ? I don’t see no xfinity trucks trying to fix the issue around here

You can use your mobile phone to check status of your home network. You can log in to your account, and if an outage exists in your area, it will be shown on your page.  You may also check the following on your cell phone:  https://www.xfinity.com/support/articles/check-service-outage.  If neither shows an outage in your area, then you need to report your issue so that xfinity can investigate.
