$50 Virtual Prepaid Card

When I booked a new connection, I applied the coupon for the $50 Virtual Prepaid Card. Received the email confirmation for the same. But, I haven't received the $50 Virtual Prepaid Card yet. Not getting proper updates from customer care either.
