5g not available
My 5g WiFi is enabled and I am using an Xfinity modem, but it does not show up as an available network on any of my devices. How can this be fixed? I tried calling and was unable to get any support outside of just restarting my modem. No live person available. Thank you.

If power cycling it has already been tried, try hard resetting the device to factory defaults by pressing and holding in the recessed reset button on the rear (or use the WPS button if it doesn't have a reset button hole) for 30 seconds. This can sometimes clear up some weird behavior issues. You will lose any customized settings, and they will need to be re-configured from scratch if you do the latter.
Still no joy ? It may be malfunctioning. Get it swapped out by them for another. Good luck !
