600MBps plan, but only getting 300Mpbs for the past 4 days


My internet has been great all these times. Since approximately 4 days ago, I noticed that my current internet speed is half of what I paid for. Is there any reason why that my internet speed is cut in half? 

I have done the following: 

  • Power down modem for more than 30 sec and power back up. Speed is 300Mbps. 
  • Power down router for more than 30 sec and power back up. Speed is 300Mbps. 

I used these Netgear approved modem. 

Please help. Thank you.

 • Type "Xfinity Support" in the to line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list
