A Plea For Help - Constant disconnects/disruptions - 72001011-DHCPv6 - Missing Required Option 24 and others
Hi All,
I have struggled with Xfinity Customer Service countless times in the past three weeks to try and get this resolved. My event log is full of errors with these two repeating nonsmargin: 0;">

I have nonstop disconnects and it's becoming an issue with my workload. Currently using an Xfinity modem, endless resets and provisioning. Can't get them to send a tech out. I'm desperate!

Where are you pulling these error logs from?
Is it your internal devices losing connection or are you losing internet access?

Hi All,
A technician came out and swapped out 3-4 modems and I am having less disconnection issues, but still some. Same error codes keep appearing in the event log. Unfortunately, I am traveling the next couple weeks for work and will not be home, but Xfinity has offered to schedule another technician. I think this may be related to some of the larger work they performed in this area about a month ago, as that's when these issues started. I will be scheduling again once back in town. The technician was very patient and was trying their best to fix the issue with the tools available.
