Access Denied when accessing a xfinitywifi hotspot

I am getting the following message on my apple devices, on more than one apple device.

Access Denied
You don't have permission to access "http://login.xfinity.com/login" on this server.
Reference #18.e4560e17.1788900412.9c67cc8
Here is a screenshot:

Found several post with no solution. This is not happening with all android or apple devices. From some, i can login just fine. Only in one iMac & one iPhone (using same & different icloud id)

1. iPhone 12, iOS: 18.7.8

2. iMac MacBook Air, IOS: 26.6.2

All devices including the above two can connect to home wifi (xfinity) with no problem. Also tried with CyberSecure turned off, no success
Please help!

@sss121 Thanks for adding a post to let us know what's going on. It is strange for only those two devices being impacted. From looking at the error message, it refers to the device being blocked. Are you using any VPN's or ad blockers on those devices?

Hi, I am having the same issue here. My xfinitywifi works fine on my other devices but not on my phone. I can use xfinitywifi in this morning but when I came back from outside, this issue occurred. Not using VPN or ad blocker.

Hi @kinzoily, have you attempted to clear cache and cookies on your default browser and forgetting the network from your phone?

I have, and am still experiencing the same issue for over a week on iPhone 12, iOS 18.6.1. No VPN or ad blocker. What else can I try? Thank you

I am currently xfinity diamond customer. Have already tried clearing browser history/cache and even uninstalled and reinstalled it with no luck. Even tried forgetting the network, restart iPhone didn't help either. Also made sure there is no pop-up blocker or VPN. Forgot to mention that this device used to be able to login and surf the web. Unfortunately, not able to updated the Apple IOS software because of older iPhone.

Good afternoon sss121. Are you still experiencing issues with accessing the hotspots? Is this happening with all hotspots you try to access, or just specific locations?
