Account cancelation

Hello,

Im having a hard time getting my account canceled. This is ridiculous.  Ive requested cancelation 2 days ago and was advised it was canceled.  Instead, now I got 2 emails saying that cancelation was requested but no end service date is listed  

Can someone please help?
