For troubleshooting purposes, is this the only device you're unable to connect to Wi-Fi? Are you not seeing your Wi-Fi network name on the PC when trying to connect? Also, if you directly connect the PC to the modem with an Ethernet cable, are you able to successfully connect to the internet?
I am having the same problem. Did you resolve this issue? Our phones, TV and printer connected without issue. I have tried all “fixes” I could find on Google and still can’t see our network listed for WiFi.
