admin page for XB8-T Gateway

10.0.0.1 admin page does not connect to the XB8-T gateway, through a wired PC. I am told logon to the xfinity app.  but the xfinity app does not get me to the admin page. My ultimate goal is to change the IP address on my xfinity gateway from 10.0.0.1/24 to something that does not conflict with my EERO router.
