The 10.0.0.1 is there a way to find out what my password is for that or change it without having to reset the whole modem I don't want to reconnect all my devices

Unless you changed it, the default username is admin, and the default password is password, or it may be the password on the label on the bottom or the back of the device.

Then you are going to have to reset the device back to factory defaults.
