I know updating the network for all the devices when changing things can be a bit tricky. These are the steps that I use on my Alexa devices within my household, let us know if that helps!
Alexa device's network settings, open the Alexa app, select Devices, choose your device, then go to Settings and select Change or remove a Wi-Fi network. Follow the on-screen prompts to join a new network or connect to a previously used one. For Echo Show devices, you may need to change the Wi-Fi settings directly on the device's screen.
