Another Internet Outage

Since neighborhood upgrade in mid January I have had over a dozen outages and no one can explain the root cause. Another one this afternoon. Never had a problem before the upgrade. This is ridiculous. I work from home and take online classes. I need reliable service. Outage i for says it affects 101 to 500 homes in my area every time. What is going on?

@user_tdmmzl To send a direct message you may need to:
 
 Click "Sign In"
 Click the "direct message" icon
 Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
 Type "Xfinity Support" in the "To:" line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list which appears. The "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line
 Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
 Press Enter to send it

When I tried to create a NEW general message, it does not bring up a new post and appended it to the existing thread. I do not know why or how to avoid it. 

This is the second time it has happened even though I went into the main community forum and chose Internet.
