Apartment Provided Internet (FIber) with Ruckus Access Point and Sonos

Hello,

I just moved into an apartment that provides internet access via a wireless Ruckus Access Point. It is ceiling mounted. I have numerous Sonos speakers. Each one is configured and working fine. However, when I try to add Sub and/or Surround speakers to the sound bar (Sonos Arc) it will not work. I did some google searches and I believe that the access point needs to be configured differently and to turn off directed multicast (or something like this). I just would like to speak with someone who manages this configuration for my service. There is NOTHING wrong with my speakers. They work and have worked with sub/surrounds for years until I just moved to this apartment. In the past, I provided my own equipment, but do not have that option. Thank you.

user_frtcb9 Thanks for posting on our Community Forums. From what it sounds like, your new apartment may have a shared access point, so connecting so many devices may be causing some issues. Thank you. I have done as you describe above. I do have a service appointment scheduled for Friday May 23 between 10:00am and 12:00 noon. My hope is that the technician can help. I will not be home until late TOMORROW thursday may 22, so can not do anything today. I really appreciate any help and insights.
