ARRIS T25 Drops

I have an ARRIS T25, which I have probably owned for 2-3 years now.  Never had an issue.

I moved and now have Xfinity at my new location.  I've added Eero Wireless router/net to my home.

The T25 keeps losing a signal nearly every day.  Xfinity told me they changed the provisioning on my router, but that did nothing.  And then I was told it was in "Bridge mode" so that's why it wasn't working.  Whatever they do, same problem.

Xfinity recently added brand new wiring to my home, and while it was an enormous pain for them, the wiring is all new.

Can the router be the problem?  Anyone have more advice?

Hello and welcome to Comcast @user_fdwy71. I am sorry to hear that you are still having troubles with your services. Now modem and routers can go bad at anytime.

As a followup, I reconnected an older Arris SB16141 Surfboard, which is considerably slower, but it's working perfectly.  It was NOT the xfinity service - it's the Arris modem that's the problem.  The T25 in particular.
