Assistance with home WiFi

I have no WiFi .  The Xfinity assistant dropped me.

Hello user_79okbm, can you tell us more about your situation? Did something happen in your area (storms, maintenance, etc), have you had any billing issues? Is your modem hooked up and working properly (other than having no wifi)?

Use a cell phone internet service, a public WiFi hotspot, or a neighbor's internet if you need to in order to check it.
