Blink sync module suddenly disconnected and cannot reconnect via Xfinity
Suddenly for some reason not able to reconnect after several years of working with no problems.
Steps we have taken:
- reset xfinity modem - multiple times
- reset blink sync module - multiple times
- checked / updated blink firmware
- connected blink to hotspot which worked confirming Blink functional
- disabled 5 g in xfinity wifi setting but still will not connect
- manually added Blink Mac address in router settings… still will not connect

I'm having the same issue. In process of adding the MAC address to the white list, which xfinity couldn't help with on the phone at all. Have a tech coming to the house but think it will be a waste of time.
