Blinking green light

My gateway has been continuously flashing green and I have no internet connection whatsoever. I’ve already power-cycled the gateway and checked the coax connections. I’ve been without wifi for 3 days now and i’m being told that nobody can come out to check for another 7 days. I would like a technician to be able to come out sooner than that, as it is completely unacceptable to be without service i pay for for that long. Thank you.
