Boost Pod not connecting to new gateway

I upgraded my Gateway today after having issues with my older one dropping out and needing a hard reboot once or twice a week. Since I did this my Xfi Boost-Pod is not visible in my App or able to be re-activated/connected to the new gateway. It will have a solid green light for about a minute after I unplug/re-plug it back in then goes to a slow white flashing light. It is a XE2-SG if that makes any difference with my new Gateway being the latest from Xfinity/Comcast.

Hi there, @dewrightco! Congratulations on the new modem! That sounds like it was a much needed upgrade! We are happy to further help with the WiFi Extender. Did you try the steps at this link, https://www.xfinity.com/support/articles/activate-xfi-pod-with-xfi-app under the Getting Started section? That should connect it to the new modem.

Here's the detailed steps to direct message us:
• Click "Sign In" if necessary
• Click the "Direct Message” icon (upper right corner of this page)
• Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
• Type "Xfinity Support" in the to line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list
• Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
• Press Enter to send your message
