Cancel Internet Service

I would like to cancel my Xfinity Internet service. I have tried using Xfinity Assistant, but it cannot process cancellations. I also called customer service, but the automated system indicated that the department was closed.

Could an Xfinity representative please assist me with canceling my service and confirming the refund of my remaining account credit?
