Cancel my internet service

Hello Xfinity Support,

I am requesting the immediate cancellation of my Xfinity Internet service because I have permanently moved out of the United States and now live in Jordan.

I am unable to call U.S. customer service or visit an Xfinity store. Please assist me with canceling my subscription remotely and confirm the effective cancellation date in writing.

Please also let me know my final balance, whether any additional charges apply, and how I can return any rented equipment from abroad or arrange for someone in the United States to return it on my behalf.

I would appreciate your prompt assistance in stopping any future monthly charges.
