Cannot access certain websites

Why does my domain keep being block, I have sent multiple requests to have this fixed, it gets fixed for a day maybe two days, whenever I want to ftp to my site I have to log into my cpanel wait for the Cloud flare notice    " Please wait while your request is being is being verified "  I am then able to get to my Domain and ftp to it. when I open my webpage on my home network I get that cloud flare notice again before the page will even work.

If I forget and leave the web page open overnight, I am blocked the next day again and have put a request in again, then wait 1 week even 10 days before I have access again.

Send another email to spa.xfinity.com wait another week to 10 days and I have access again. This has been going on since January of 2025.

My domain cost me money, Xfinity internet cost me money (yet Xfinity keeps blocking me). This needs to stop, Support is useless, almost impossible to even talk a human.

Can this be resolved for good. If I do not use my Xfinity public IP everything works, if I tether to my cell phone off my Xfinity wifi it all works, every place else works except when I am on my home network.

I am losing money and Xfinity could care less. Maybe they can compensate me for my loses.

My domain serves up emergency weather data , NOAA weather data, local town government emergency services weather data, No need to block a web site that servers a purpose.

Hello user_ppfe7p! Thank you so much for reaching out to us on out Xfinity Forums for help with accessing your domain. I'm sorry to read of the ongoing trouble you have been having with connecting to your website while connected to your home network. I can see how frustrating this has been for you and I would love to help figure out what continues to cause the interference. We can work with our Customer security team directly as well since you have to keep reporting this block to them.  I know you said that as long as you are not on your home network you have no issues accessing the site and that the issue is temporarily resolved after reporting it to our security team, so I like to think it's not an issue related to your home network settings, but have you tried to hardwire a device to the modem to access your domain?

Let's get together and dig into this so that we can have the true solution applied. Please send us a direct message with your name and service address. Along with the domain / website you are trying to access.

To send a direct message, please click on the chat icon in the top-right corner of the screen, and select "Xfinity Support" to initiate a live chat.
Click "Sign In" if necessary
Click the "direct messaging" icon or https://comca.st/3J0ir1l
Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
Type "Xfinity Support" in the "To:" line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list which appears. The "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line
Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
Press Enter to send it

To answer your questions, the system is plugged directly into the modem

Domain is https://www.windgust.com

FTP to site is blocked also

18 years I have been doing the same thing on my domain, with no issues till approx the last year.
