Cannot change network name

I have tried changing my network name on the admin tool, but it is "greyed out" and won't let me. I cannot change it on the app because the only tabs I have are overview and account. This is impossible! Please help. I have only had this service for 2 days and have had nothing but trouble and cannot get any help.

Hey @user_7uybr7. Thanks for visiting our official Xfinity Forums Community support page. I would be more than happy to assist in troubleshooting so you can change the wireless network name. Using the Admin GUI, it would be restricted and the Xfinity App would need to be used. 

From your description, it looks like the WiFi tab may be missing at the bottom when you open the Xfinity App. On the main Overview screen, do you see a tile that is asking to activate the services or modem? If so, can you go through the activation steps which should get the WiFi tab to populate? Please let me know if these steps work.
